More often than not, the things that you will say when you are angry are often not very pleasant ones. Identify possible solutions too. Problems will always remain problems unless you will take the time to face them head on. Of course, being too aggressive is only going to get you into more trouble. What you can do this time is make sure that you will stick to solutions that are more on the pacifist side. Thus, removing fuel from the flame.

Try not to hold a grudge. Remember every person makes mistakes at some point or another, some even commit them more than once. The same goes for you. If there are issues that need to be cleared out, clear them up in ways that are calm and allows for discussion and the airing of everybody's side properly.
